Payment terms

Stage payments are due on Friday of each week. Under our standard terms and conditions, our discounted charges increase by 25% if not paid within 5 working days of the original invoice date. Professional project management fees rates can range from £25 per hour to £100 per hour, depending on the nature of your project. Consultations and Surveys time will be invoiced if your project does not proceed. This is over and above any labour procured on project works. Please pay all on time.
