Stuart Bethel MCIOB (Project Manager)
Stuart undertook professional building studies at both Huddersfield and Leeds. Over a period of 25 years he was employed by a small building surveying and design practice, by Kirklees Council's Design & Property Service and by Davis Langdon LLP as Senior Project Manager and also as Senior Design Manager for Educo UK. He established GREEN & BROWN Outside Projects with former business partner, Shaun Malik, a Garden Designer. Shaun continues as Shaun's Outside from Mirfield. Stuart has been registered as a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, MCIOB, for the past 8 years. He is also a registered 'Approved Person' under the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

In addition to the business owner, Stuart Bethel, there are other trades available to you: a qualified electrician, a gas fitter, a plumber and a tiler, with other specialist trades called upon as required. At GREEN & BROWN Outside Projects, we also believe that it is important to work with small local firms as far as possible.
